Order Processing Time/Shipping

Once your order is received we will process this within 1 – 2 business days and our shipping transit time frame is typically 3-4 business days for the US and 1 - 5 days outside the US. This means the time from from ordering to receiving is approximately 4 to 6 business days for the US and 2 - 7 business days outside the US. 

In certain instances where an item is out of stock then we will advise when the item will be back in stock.  

Our timing estimations are estimates and not contractual terms. If your order is urgent and required by a certain deadline then please advise us before placing the order so that we can supply you with a best estimate on delivery.

Duties & Taxes

As we ship globally we will not know whether local duties and taxes will apply to your shipment and these would be the responsibility of the receiver to be aware of/pay.

Local Options/Collections

We are unable to offer a local collection option for goods purchased. This is because many of our goods are sourced from our suppliers outside of our own location and consequently for faster delivery we will ship directly to the customer.

Track Your Order/Instructions for checking shipping ststus

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number where by you can then track your shipment at: https://www.dhl.com/global-en/home/tracking.html

You will be able to amend the delivery of your order directly with DHL and if you have supplied a mobile number with your order then a link will be sent by text allowing you to track and amend the delivery of your order.

If you have provided your email when ordering then DHL will automatically email you with any update on the shipping of your order. Alternatively if a mobile phone number has been provided then DHL will send a text message to your phone when your shipment is 'out for delivery.

Process for Missing Items

Should your item be missing or the tracking provided by DHL shows no movement of the item for a period of 5 working days then please email us directs at sales@wallpaper199.com so that we can directly contact DHL and request an investigation. Our policy on lost items is that we shall fully replace the item lost (or where this item is non replaceable then issue a full refund).
